: I started yesterday with the honest
: understanding that nothing I have
: done for 50 years has healed or
: cured me and so I have finally
: seen the ego working behind my
: habits, thoughts, and patterns
: that keep me stuck. Trapped for
: decades in the weight loss goal
: that forever compromises health
: for vanity I have come here for
: permanent change.

: Today I did breakfast. My mind tried
: to take me to all kinds of places
: worrying about the food for the
: rest of my meals and the timing,
: etc. But a new voice has emerged
: that said today I am doing
: breakfast and that is all I need
: to do to be Victorious. I am
: striving to win the slow and
: steady victory of each step so
: that it may be a permanent part of
: my new life. I find great strength
: and comfort in your sharing and am
: most grateful for this
: community.
