I don't actually use them much but the cup measure makes a great ladle
And there is the odd recipe I use that makes cups really worthwhile - its a lot easier

I still cant work out a cup of broccoli though so I don't, I just add it to the plate, which is the beauty of YLD I think, giving up thoughts of measuring unnecessary things
