Re: What if nothing has to be hard?

lovely thoughts Donna. thank you

when the idea of "what if it doesn't have to be hard?" first came out, I was shocked. It was a notion that kind of socked me hard. Because I could overcomplicate Anything ! lol And I realised that on some level I quite enjoyed doing that.

It is quite true, that doing the steps, I overcomplicated less and less, and relaxed into the security of step three. That was a big thing for me. I stopped thinking how unfair this and that was. It was very calming, and things stopped being unfair. Its amazing to think about

one little thing was I used to be enraged about how clothes manufacturers never made anything to suit me. It was So Unfair!! Then suddenly the clothes people started making clothes that were much more suitable ! Funny, that :h6)

I sometimes still do go for the complicated solution. Like trying all sorts of things on my phone because the screen box was weird and squashed and I was googling and fretting. All I had to do was turn it sideways !! I did laugh at myself after that :h6) :h6)

so what if it doesn't have to be hard? is a good phrase to keep tucked away for me. So is Focus on the Food. I'm excited to see it unfold for you :h11) Keep us posted :h12)
