.I think that any holiday takes that extra bit of thinking through.What saves us all is that appreciation for berries, asparagus and their taste-a-likes in the market place and on the buffets.
I like getting excited over a good mushroom instead of a chocolate rabbit although it is fun to see the prettily decorated foods.
