I'm not sure how it's a "steak," but the spices look delicious.
I love cauliflower too, yum.
: I am very fond of cauliflower and
: choose it all sorts of different
: ways it is so versatile!
: Tuesday, I tried this method and
: really Loved it. I didn't brown it
: first in a pan, just threw it all
: in the oven with seasoning
: sprinkled on top,( I did salt,
: black pepper, crushed cumin seeds
: olive oil , I thought the paprika
: might burn at a high heat in my
: oven as its a bit fierce so I left
: it ) turning it half way through
: it went really nutty and the texture
: was amazing. I thought the slice
: was really attractive to the eye.
: I cooked it al dente and it was
: very very quick, I thought so easy
: to prepare hardly any work at all
: ! . I should think on a busy
: weeknight it would be a boon time
: wise
: I didn't do the sauce but I will try
: it later as I just love
: lemon,garlic, pine nuts. I bet it
: would be nice with walnuts as well
: I did mine as a vegetable
: accompaniment, wondering what
: could one do to bump the protein
: up for a vegetarian or vegan
: diner? I am wondering about tofu
: marinated in that sauce alongside
: the cauliflower ?
