Rosie;.Yes berries and cream are great . Berries and oatmeal or with yogurt
are great for breakfast.
,After you are further along with the steps those cravings for sweet stuff will leave. It takes some time to plan ahead but that is what works best.
Feel comfortable and serene where you are now and know that you are indeed on the right track to better health.
