Here it is - pretty simple recipe:

CHOROSIS (for Passover)
6 Apples
(1 package golden raisins if you wish- will make the results extremely sweet)
1 c nuts, coarsely chopped
Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste
Grape juice

Grate the apples (and raisins if you are using them - I use my Cuisinart grater wheel). Mix in the nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg, moisten with grape juice to desired consistency. Stir all together.
