Browns and such

*sun is shining and spring bulbs are showing their shoots
*seeing my friends at a meeting, and greeting others warmly
*rayon batik fabric for tops to sew in shades of grren

I wrote about slipping on Monday night and have a few questions,

The Monday night overeating, eating after dinner, even bingeing, is an old habit I'd like to be free from. Could be that's why it felt like a relapse to me. I felt dismay, like "here I go again to sugar/carb city". Analysis of "why" and feeling bad are also old habits, addiction to negativity.

Was clueless about browns LOL- what is a typical serving size of browns- How much is enough ?

I am willing to do whatever it takes to continue my healing journey. I am impatient sometimes and find it hard to trust the process and "tincture of time." I know I belong in the SS tribe but sometimes feel like tossing it aside and giving up...

Does "work on the step 3 list " mean re-reading step 3 in PnP and YLD? Read Nano step 3?
