just had breakfast

sweet potato
chicken

feeling scared
desire to restrict strong
want to stop bingeing

figured I will trust

if step one has four parts I figure all I have to do is eat within an hour of waking
then when that's solid I can call it breakfast
once I am used to that I can work on the protein getting it right

then I can work on c carb this is tough since the urge to go carb free is strong

so yes one step at a time well actually one piece of a step at a time

gonna go on a lovely walk now
