sugar - nicotine
Hi all!
I have this two addiction. I'm ss and a smoker since I was 16. When I got pregnant, I stopped smoking - my sugar eating went overboard, my weight went with it. When I went back to work I started to smoke again, but the sugar stayed. Later I stopped smoking because I felt it affecting my health. Then my husband died and I smoke again.
Now I want to stop both. But I struggling. I stopped sugar cold turkey, it was good, but I smoke much more. I waited 4 month and stopped smoking as well. Next day I had sugar again.
Now on step 3. What do you think? Would be better to wait for step 7, and quit smoking than, or quit now and hope the program can keep me from sugar later?
