Re: Wobbly

Every experience is good Sue ! so don't be too hard on yourself.

just joining in and telling your story is an achievement too :h10) It will help other people I am sure!

for instance, I was poodling along quite happily early on, and then I went on holiday. I found it so difficult. Thought I had lost the plot :s8(

But ... things were learnt. I found what to look for, what to pack, what was best to prioritise for Me.....

and I certainly reinforced what didn't work... which was just as useful information in the end :h10)

I didn't get it right for the next holidays, but it was better. And these days off I go happy and confident. Each time a little learnt. And if theres a challenge, always something gained. Like how last year I learnt I ought to really read Spanish decaf coffee wrappers instead of presuming they had to be sugar free :h6) :h6)

Same thing for relatives. Next time for instance, you might not choose to tell them what you are doing, but you will have the experience of how to get breakfast in, and the four parts, and what good phrases to use ( Like, oh I really love omelette for breakfast would you like me to treat you to one if I make it ? etc) The rest of it can look after itself :h10)

Do stay in touch with forums and lists if you can. I have realised that the connection to others here really helps
Did you get breakfast today ok ? what did you choose?
