When shopping the other day, I picked up smoothie straws (you can clean and re-use too) and zoodles, aka zucchini noodles. I tried them once before and they are really good, versatile and a great stand-in for pasta. I'm trying a recipe tonight called Tuna Green Chile Zoodles- say that 5 times fast! It is similar to tuna noodle casserole. Haven't seen any recipes shared on CF, but am willing to post if that is OK.
