It means a lot to me to have the online support. Thanks to all you volunteers- I know it helps you to help us "newbies"! Everyone's sharing means we all have a voice and there is mutual respect.

Today I am starting my journey of moving away from sugar in my food.And I am nervous. Have worked the steps one at a time... I COULD have tried this alone, cold turkey, but instead I have taken my time and worked the RR steps. So good to know I'm no longer alone.
