This morning, I mentally bulked at the amount of food for breakfast.. I'm 5'10", have a large frame, and weigh 185. so I need 31 grams of protein. My breakfast was three eggs, three sausages and Ezekiel toast with butter.

I actually put one egg and two sausages back in the fridge. Then I thought about how I feel when I do a good job on the RR program and retrieved them. So the program won out, but it's clear that breakfast isn't going as smoothly as I thought,

Do you think there is any harm in starting step two when my book arrives?
