So Far, So Good

I did it again! Another good breakfast. The biggest thing I've noticed is that I have no desire to snack between breakfast and lunch. In fact, I hardly notice it's lunch time. Yesterday, I had breakfast at 7:30, and at 1:30 pm, I made lunch, not because I was hungry, but because I know it isn't a good idea to skip a meal or go too long between meals.

I have no bragging rights for the afternoon consumption, but I'm trying not to worry about that yet.
