step one bravery

Thank you Sarit for your message I appreciate it.

My breakfasting seems to be going well.

I have kind of been thrashing around pre-program for 6 months, doing breakfast right, journaling, three meals (with two timed snacks),
potato before bed, all going well, even off sugar!!

I think the problem was I rushed and did it all at once. So the sugar cravings came back. Then the bingeing. So now I haven't gone back to the strict elimination of sugar immediately.

Instead I am trying something new as I realize the elimination is just the other side of the binge.
I'm trying a different approach to try to break this cycle.

I'm trying step one, and trusting the other steps will fall into place.

I guess what I'm saying is that I am very interested in what you mentioned, that:
"You are gradually shifting back to doing the food, not rushing, trusting it will straighten itself out. That your body knows what it needs and things will be back on track soon."
I would love to hear how that looks, if you are open to sharing. You sound very calm and grounded and steady.

Since I sort of feel I was on "track";
and then fell apart,
now I am keen to get on track 'properly'! :)

As I slowly follow the steps I hope to eventually get rid of the sugar..... when I get to that step.
