Moving On

Excellent breakfast, and I've decided to move on to the second step. I'm feeling hopeful today. I have a lot to accomplish, but today I feel like it CAN be done.

In the RR diary there is a list of actions that raise endorphins. I've added a few activities that I enjoy, and I'll try to do several of these things each day.

Today, I'll walk the dog on the nature trail, read a new mystery book, take a bubble bath, and clean the bathrooms.
