Yes, it is hard to identify those feelings at first but it does get better with daily attention.
. I find it a great way to tune in to the way different foods affect me.
For example today I was a bit grumpy, but could not show it.
. I had to hire someone to help me with gardening work I used to be able to do.
Normally with an oats as my brown I am not prone to grumpiness but it was rice this morning.Made a note - need my oats.Had a spinach salad for lunch and am restored.What foods are suiting your moods?
