So Far, So-so Good
So far so good on breakfast and the journal. I may have to stay on step two longer than I hoped. I make all my entry's in a timely way, but I still struggle with reading my feelings. I sit and stare at the page, asking myself what my emotions are.
I'm impatient to move on, but pretty sure I'm not ready.
Breakfast keeps me satisfied enough that I have little desire to eat until lunch, I've upped the protein at noon, so I rarely snack between lunch and dinner, but the evening meal is shared with family and certainly not program friendly. I try not to worry about this right now, but knowing the program as well as I do, it makes me crazy, I want to clean that meal up...and NOW!
