wholewheat Chinese noodles. The sort that come in a little nest. Ive never seen a wholegrain version before

I got these from sainsburys in UK so really convenient. It just goes to show to keep looking at new things

I did a pan fried duck breast........... then these noodles to go with, just simmer five minutes and then stir fry. So in the wok went lots and lots of the following: ginger, garlic and onion, red green and yellow bell peppers, mange tout , leek., courgette/zucchini then in with the noodles and some soy sauce

so delicious. Gluten free suits me best so these weren't for me, but I thought would be a great choice for many people and so quick! And I do have a good gluten free soy sauce so I got to choose those stir fried glossy vegetables too
