My protein goal is 33 grams for breakfast. My weight is over 300.
My breakfast yesterday was oatmeal with 1/2 scoop protein powder (doctored up with some coconut and mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top). Along with that I had two scrambled eggs with a slice of American cheese in them and coffee.
Today when I made my oatmeal I recalculated the protein grams and I think I was shorting myself a little. I had 2 boiled eggs, a banana instead of coconut on the oatmeal. I added 3/4 of a scoop of protein powder. So that was 15+12+5 =32.
