Each step takes as long as you need it to take. Different steps can be harder or easier for people, depending on their eating habits before the program.

I think you are doing great. You mentioned two things in another post, timing and having trouble with breakfast when you were staying with someone else. So now you know what to work on. Travel is one of those things that takes trial and error. I have gotten pretty good at it, but I learn something every time I do it. And timing makes a huge difference for me.

Don't worry about the rest of the day. That will begin to fall into place farther along in the steps.
