evening snack
Hi there! I work late sometimes and when I do, I want a snack sometime between 6 and 11p. I eat dinner around 6, 7 at the latest, try to have my potato at 10. If I have to have a snack, should it be no protein? Or protein and carb, like berries and plain greek yogurt? or should it be a simple carb like an apple? And if I do have that snack, do I have to wait the three hours to have the potato? If I eat to late, should I just skip the potato?
Trying to get in the groove here, but working late nights always throws me off. I also find I would like a snack in the afternoon... sometimes just a latte, but other times want some nuts and a pc of fruit or something like that.
Thoughts?
