Hi Sally
It’s great you posted and reached out for support. I’m on step 3. I still slip and eat sugar between meals and I’m trying to be compassionate to myself about it. Being a sugar addict isn’t easy, it sometimes just jumps into my mouth before I’ve realised what’s going on!!
I’m really trying to eat enough proteins and Browns at meals to hold me.
Good luck, keep going, keep posting, I’m starting to notice small changes, it’s definitely worth it.
