Hi Heather
I work the evening shift. 3-11:30. I have dinner around 6. Then snack at 9. So that when I get home I can have my potato. It works best for me to have the potato as the last thing I eat before bed. Think it has something to do with the science of what the potato does for us!
My snacks always have protein and complex carb. Sometimes veggies.
