Dena I think we are twins
in the way we approached our steps at any rate ! I have the savoury tooth instead of the sweet, but is down to the same biochemical balances....I think you will do just amazing and you demonstrated that already sharing and posting...... it does make such a difference.
I had, with massive effort , been mostly sugar free for 4 years prior to the steps ( It was taking ALL my time and focus and much aggravation ) and so in my opinion I was already doing 12356 I thought adding a potato and I would be all set
that didn't work out that well, and sort of magnified all else ! Just being sugar free didn't mend anything for me as there was a lot more of the other stuff going on, just the way I arranged my eating patterns was just lurching around the day for a start , and I had to learn how to stop the struggle as I was a bit tied up in that as well !
thankfully I had this place, and a lot of caring people who knew just how it was. It took me some time to get onto a breakfast focus. But here is what I learnt - I didn't have to lose a single thing I had learnt about myself, my preferences, my experience. Nothing lost, no experience wasted
taking some time with each step - not necessarily 'slow' more a case of living into it.... experiencing different things, learning how to take notice of self ( and others!) It changed things. I was able to discover many new talents I didn't know I had and turn the things I despised into strengths
so I am really pleased you are here and hopefully you can share breakfast news and experiences with us. Just concentrating on one of the four parts ? or favourite protein or brown ? Let us know, love to hear
