Re: can we talk about the potato?

Hi Mosaic!
I'm not sure why it seems like the automatic answer to a question
is you need to go back and do the steps. I've been doing the steps for months
and months. I have an egg or two with sausage patty or turkey bacon with a pc of Ezekial bread. I love this breakfast. Always have. I eat protein with every meal for sure. I have upped my protein a bit using the formula given in the book. I'm great at journaling. It's potato time. I have been doing it and I really do feel good the next day, but I'm asking about timing and could we have a pc of fruit instead and does it have to be three hours after the protein? Or if I decide to have a pc of fruit or a RR friendly dessert say an hour after dinner, if that doesn't have any protein, should I just assume that was my evening carb or should I eat the potato an hour later anyway? And I was curious if anyone could share with me how they feel with the potato and without... is there a difference?
thanks!

: quite understand that feeling,
: heather ! :h5)

: I wanted to talk potato avidly as I
: thought it was surely the lynch
: pin of everything

: I reckon I had the potato in far too
: fast and it didn't work at all. I
: didn't want my attention on
: anything else though !

: do you note or feel any changes yet
: in breakfast? Like is there one
: you find really satisfying and
: good? or even those that don't
: work that well for you? I didn't
: much to be honest - it was only in
: retrospect that I could
: acknowledge the process of it. I
: didn't notice much till step
: three, late step three, which
: turned out to be a turning point
: for me. I just kept doggedly on
: till then, which was a useful
: thing to find out that it was both
: a talent and a hindrance and I
: could veer towards the talent side
: of that with a bit of application
: :h4)

: is there a breakfast you particularly
: like or feel great about ? Is
: there one particular part of the
: four parts that come really easily
: or one that is a challenge ?
