Thank you for replying. I will go back and reread Step 3. I understand that we should just have our fruit at the end of the meal and will try to implement that rather than trying to have it an hour later. I'm not really hungry or craving the sweet at the end of the meal anymore tho. I look forward to gaining some of the knowledge you all have to share with me. :D
