I hope you love YLD its my favourite, it just reinforces so much for me. Particularly the brain chemical information. I started to see me and BE. So fascinating. The true to form I started thinking BE instead of food LOL. But I get there in the end :h6) :h12)

breakfast protein sounds good, egg 6+6. sausage grams ? check the labelling some of mine are varied the all meat ones work best for me. I was travelling last week and there was a lot less protein to the available sausage :h6) so I had a rethink to extra egg. I also find it helpful at first to sort of keep an eye on the clock, at first I had weekend lie ins so even though I got within the hour every day I was too erratic for my blood sugar to steady out

I remember my bored/nibbly hitting at 4 pm. Every day ! I didn't know if it was habit or biochemistry.... I think more of a biochemistry, because the focus on food did make it disappear. For years I had a planned snack at that time.... protein and brown, not fruit as too sugary on its own for me ….. because circumstances meant I was eating dinner later. I used to like either babybel cheese and almonds, ( not truly brown but ok out and about) and my other favourite at home, a hard boiled egg mashed with hummous in a cup, to eat with a spoon
