Hi Fiona,
Neither. You write down how you are feeling whenever you notice it. So if you notice
you have a headache at 4 PM, you write down the time and put headache under the
physical feelings section.
Let's say you normally go to the cofe at 4:30 for an afternoon tea. It has caffeine in it.
At 4 PM you are in caffeine withdrawal so you get a headache. Putting this fact in will help
you realize that you are having a caffeine withdrawal headache rather than a stress headache.
