Thank you so much for your replies.
Sandy Noble, I was trying to write down everything, it wasn’t working and I wondered if there was a better way. I’d love to hear how you get on.
Kathleen, thank you for your guidance. I really want to learn to listen to my body.
Allison, I think that sounds a very useful and practical way to do it. I’m a busy teacher so that might be doable during the working day (where my needs are usually put last).
