Very interesting thread. I’ve been around for a few months, am on step 5 about to start step 6 and am still figuring it all out!
I’m re reading p not p at the mo, brilliant, I’ve read the sugar addicts book, excellent, and then I’m going to move on to YLD.
I still have plenty of questions and come here with them where I really appreciate all the support.
Look forward to hearing how you get on.
