Re: Step 6 detox
In Response To: Step 6 detox ()

: Hi everyone
: So after 6 months of working with Pnp
: I am on step 6. Step 1 was ok, 2
: has been very challenging for me,
: 3 has taken a good while and I
: still am working on it, 4 is ok, 5
: is ok. So after re reading about
: step 6 I started the detox today.
: I felt totally exhausted this
: morning and actually went back to
: bed for an hour instead of eating
: dark chocolate to keep me going.
: And I have had a splitting
: headache all afternoon. I am a
: little bit daunted, one choice at
: a time is definitely the only way
: for me, but I feel that all the
: other steps have put down a steady
: foundation to help me (unlike with
: some sugar detox programmes that I
: have tried). I’m using my journal
: and I’m feeling hopeful. I’m going
: to look and see if there is a step
: 6 list, maybe it’s on yahoo. Great
: to be able to come here.

Hi Fiona,

I sure am glad you wrote! :h2)
I am going to ask you to stop step 6 for now. Based on what you are describing,
it is WAY too soon to do it. Please have some sugar and listen to what I am going to suggest :h12)

Go back to step 3. Join the step 3 list and plan to have some sugar after lunch and
after dinner. Plan to have the same amount. Make it be something you like and will look forward to.

I want you to get back to *steady state*. If you are ready for step 6, it is non event. If you have this kind
of reaction, it means you are not biochemically balanced.

Now, I know you may feel that I just don't understand you and you truly feel that you are ready for this and
can power through it. :h3) :h6) :h7) BUT....be bold :s2( and trust me.
