Wonderful that you found us!

Here is the key. Simply start at step one. Do not try to fix everything
all at once. Focus on breakfast. Join the step one group, learn the 4 parts.

The one thing you can do to support your diabetes while you are working on step one is
to have your sweets after lunch and dinner and not try to ditch them and then binge later.

The reason you are having cravings is having sugar, LOL. If you have sugar, when you go into withdrawal, you will crave sugar.
It is very direct connection. it is not a mystery. Prime it, have it wear off, crave. If you create a steady state, everything will quite.

We used to have a diabetes list, but everyone wanted to talk about sugar rather than breakfast, so I took it down :h4) let me take a poll and see if it might be time to start it up again.
