Im glad you found us and posted hello I am sure this will help you. Not diabetic but I keep an interested eye on my blood sugars as they had been creeping up. . nowadays they are ideal
two things really help me, one is learning how to journal because that's such a mirror for me. Second of course is I don't have to willpower through food situations any more which is so freeing.
did you have a look at the four parts to breakfast? is there a breakfast you favour?
