my habit was overeating at each meal because I thought I wouldn't get through till the next. Over years I was either dieting, under, or compensating , way over. Both ways made me feel starving hungry biochemically. I discovered I had some different sorts of "hungry" going on in response to where my food was
I had not had snacks for years as I was always powering through. Big leap on step three to put snacks in, but that made me feel secure till I could drop them with ease. I learnt so much about my body responses from that experience, and I think that healing enabled me to not snack at all now. That sounds most odd I know but its just how it is for me Disengaging will power meant I had a chance to listen to what my body liked best
