glad you got in touch because I think its hard doing things in isolation. Getting support here for me has been very enlightening and helped me work my steps out
theres a list for depression on yahoo, did you go there before?
have you still got a copy of Potatoes not Prozac? or better still the newer edition? Only I find a re read often makes different things leap out at me.
two weeks in and you might find a bit of a shock to your system - although there are benefits to the no sugar thing, it leaves a lot of other aspects a bit raw and emphasised - at least that was me when I did it Not depression for me, but anxious and diet obsessed, it got worse
I did a revisit to everything just to enjoy the ride ( largely thanks to everyone here going on and on and on and ON about breakfast ), and it wasn't the slow of it so much as the focus... got a chance to breathe and rewire
how can we help you out best? have you got a favourite breakfast to share with us ? I see you have the four parts its good to review
