Breakfast
Hi everyone,
Step one poses several issues for me that i am struggling with.
1. I have never in my life been a morning eater.
2. I rarely eat meat in the morning.
3. I know making shakes in the morning with protein powder is an optimal solution for both of these situations, but I am having issues with swallowing due to texture of shakes.
I love oatmeal
I love eggs
Can I eat theses everyday?
Any suggestions would be helpful!
