You are in good company. Most of us didn't eat in the morning because it gave us a false illusion of neing *lean
and mean*. :s2( And in fact what we were doing is pushing the starvation curve out to punch up a beta endorphin
release, LOL. So what you do is simply do it..and one morning you will wake up HUNGRY and you will know that your
metabolism is waking up.

Not a problem.

Try Restore. You may find it is all right and can be a good back up for you.
