You are in good company. Most of us didn't eat in the morning because it gave us a false illusion of neing *lean
and mean*. And in fact what we were doing is pushing the starvation curve out to punch up a beta endorphin
release, LOL. So what you do is simply do it..and one morning you will wake up HUNGRY and you will know that your
metabolism is waking up.

Try Restore. You may find it is all right and can be a good back up for you.
