very good problem-solving questions Linda

Incidentally I had problems with shake as it was too 'runny' and it gave me heartburn, and I didn't like it anyway :h6) it felt not enough ballast for me

I did love it though mixed up very thick in a breakfast bowl to a porridge consistency. Adding many muesli type things for crunch - sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, any nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts, coconut shreds. I preferred brown on the side.... a dish of ' protein powder muesli' and roasted sweet potato wedges was a step one favourite of mine

if travelling I often added salted peanuts which were surprisingly delicious, and its a handy thing to keep in an envelope - powder/nuts/seeds, raw oats if a travel brown, keep a plastic container and spoon handy wherever you are then you can add whatever liquid available, mix to favourite consistency and eat with a spoon

I like the same old thing over and over but even so, oatmeal and eggs can be very versatile ! A very good pancake can be made if you also add a little cottage cheese or greek yogurt in a blender :h7)

happy breakfasting :h12)
