Stuck on three
Still working on step three. This one is taking a bit of time, I felt good enough to drop the cigarettes a month ago and that added stress. I had flu like symptoms and the blues for several days, I'm over all that and still not smoking, but after dinner,, my favorite cigarette time, I have cravings and rather than smoke, I find myself in the kitchen.
I've made plans for the coming week. The pool is open, so I could go for an evening swim. I could walk the dog on the trail...he'd love a second walk, I could read in the bath tub. All suggestions are welcome.
I'd love to get step three down pat and move on to the potato..
