Oatmeal and eggs are great choices for breakfast, and they are fine every day. If you find it hard to eat the right amount, you can work your way up to it.
I have used oatmeal for breakfast by mixing some Restore protein powder into some almond milk and pouring it on the oatmeal, and then adding some Greek yogurt for the rest of the protein. I cooked blueberries in the oatmeal, and added some coconut oil because breakfast holds me better if there's some fat in it. But it's also great as the complex carb to go with your eggs.
