Our granddaughter graduated high school last night. The ceremony was in the Soldiers and Sailors Hall - a venue I'm not familiar with. Since DH uses a walker, I'd been concerned about accessibility - until a friend suggested I call. Good thing I did - the parking garage out front is not connected to the hall. I was given directions to get to a ramp at the employee's entrance with and told to park on the street nearby. Fortunately, we arrived early enough to get one of those street parking spaces. Our granddaughter was one of the speakers, all went well, visited with lots of relatives and generally enjoyed the evening.
