Summer vegetables
On the menu for tonight, a new favourite
the weather is hot so these will be chilled, to go with baked salmon with crispy skin
Green beans ( Kenyan ones) al dente and coated with lime juice, olive oil and chopped toasted walnuts
also did a massive tray bake of red, yellow and green bell peppers and zucchini with whole garlic cloves yesterday and they are lovely chilled
