Yum - cold roasted veggies are lovely. Or we do up a packet of veggies and potatoes in foil on the grill. I often eat the leftovers cold.

: also did a massive tray bake of red,

: zucchini with whole garlic cloves
: yesterday and they are lovely
: chilled
