Ooh, those green beans sound so good! Do you just steam them or whatever, and then toss with the oil, lime juice and walnuts?

I'm still using the steam-in-bag frozen veg that I rely on all winter -- I need to put a little effort into cooking fresh, now that they're here!! I just got a Mediterranean cookbook out of the library, and it has a ton of veg recipes -- other than the one for okra in a mold (shudder), they look yummy!.
