Thanks, Allison. We don't grill, but I can definitely try the packets in the oven ... maybe with chicken, too. .

I need to give roasting another try, as well. I haven't done it since my very low-fat days, when roasting was generally a disaster -- things tended to get really dry, of course, and the fix for that was covering the pan, in which case they steamed. They were *cooked*, but that was about all. :)
