Re: weight
In Response To: weight ()

Hello. Libby
Yes , I am certain things will work out well for you.

I gained a fair bit on step three. Would I wish to change that ? Well, yes :h6) but thence again, it was that very experience that Taught me so much about how .my body works.

I found that journalling was so very important for decoding my body messages. And when I got biochemically stable, things got very clear. I just couldn't hear well before.

These experiences have gone towards making it possible to maintain my weightoss for about six years now. Yes it takes a bit of focus, but there is no unbalance to it so it's a bit like a fun hobby :h5)

Things I have learnt here and in chats etc have a far reaching effect

I don t have to be tied into "eat less" either, that's the big silver lining. Journal helps me see what suits me best.
Are you liking step three? Pivotal step I think.
Your observations here will serve you well :h10)

I am working through step 3. I find
: that I am eating a lot more than I
: used to in order to stay balanced.
: As a result, my weight is up and I
: cannot seem to cut back on browns.
: Can I expect that eventually I
: might be able to eat less,
: especially carbs, and lose weight?
: At this point I cannot.
