Hi Allison,
I am slowly embracing the concept that it will only work if I make a commitment to changing my behavior. I have eggs almost every morning. I try to fix them in different ways every morning in order to avoid burning out on them. I am finding that I am having a hard time eating oatmeal and grits without sweetener of some kind. Do you have suggestions? Is fruit considered a sugar for breakfast? Do you suggest a certain brand of protein powder? Is it Restore? I am at a point in my process where I am needing more variety, and I am becoming more open to drinking my breakfast than ever before! My hardest challenge is still eating within one hour of awakening. I regularly have no appetite until around 12:00 noon.
I remain open to any and all suggestions!
