Realise that "Don't tell me what to do" was very much me until about 12 years ago maybe and into step seven

People used to be so bossy ! and I'm a bossy madam as well so it was all go, and drama !

I recognise now that people want to be helpful to me. As I do them I suppose Its a quite different perception and energy

I noticed it the other day when DH was telling me how to cross the road LOL it was such a tiny comment but it would have made me furious at one time, but given as how I will find every twig, pothole or bump to trip over, I only see the caring now.
